Bill sales in ML
If you are a seller on Mercado Libre and want to bill your sales, we have simplified the process in partnership with Tralix, a billing platform. Follow these steps:
- Registration with Tralix: When you register with Mercado Libre, you will have access to the billing option through Tralix. This platform will help you automatically generate invoices for your services provided.
Required documents: During the Tralix registration process, you will be asked for the following documents to manage your billing:
- RFC: If you still do not have your RFC, you will receive information on how to process it.
- Digital Seal Certificate (CSD): We will provide you with instructions to obtain this certificate necessary for the issuance of invoices.
- e.firma (formerly Electronic Signature): We will guide you in the process of obtaining this electronic signature required for your tax transactions.
- Proof of Fiscal Situation (CSF): We will tell you where to obtain this proof that accredits your current fiscal situation.
Tralix will take care of the automatic generation of your invoices, allowing you to focus on driving and delivering your products or services.
