But now everyone was going to sleep and I was left with the internal dialogue of what to do. I realized that something had changed, I needed to redraw my purpose ”, he says.
González resigned because after doing an introspection he discovered that Microsoft no longer fit his purpose in life, he wanted to undertake and motivate people so that they could bring out their best version at work and the day they decided to resign or stay in a company, he They did for growth reasons.
“When you go to a job interview, you must know how to interview recruiters: what the organizational culture is like, the behaviors that are rewarded, those that are not, what the environment is like, what the leaders are like. Most leave because of the salary, but when it comes to your professional career there are more variables to consider, ”he says.
Before entering a company, he adds, the person must first ask himself if doing this job will be worth more as a professional in the future, what will he learn, what skills will he acquire, what lifestyle will he have, if this is compatible with what the organization offers and what social impact the company has. “Maybe at the beginning the salary is not the best, but you have quality of life. Those are variables to evaluate to stay or not in an organization”.
