Among them, there are cases where the order did not arrive on time or was cancelled; others in which users do not receive an invoice for their purchase; and even those where they are charged for a product that was not delivered.

A user shared a complaint against Rappi on her social networks. According to her comments, she had placed an order on the mobile application, however, she would not imagine that she would end up paying more than a thousand pesos for an order that never arrived.

Various criticisms were unleashed towards Rappi as many users claim that this is a recurring theme when using the application. Some shared their experiences while many others expressed outrage and said they would never use the app again.
Shortly after the first tweet, the user who placed the order shared screenshots where she showed the charge for the services, in addition to attaching a conversation with the Rappi worker, who mentioned that the application was failing, however, as the user indicates, the money has not been returned for the order placed.
