So much so that this time we have dared to innovate a little more yesterday to bring you this hake recipe in Thermomix which we are going to accompany with a soy mousseline sauce. We are scared by the name, because the recipe is easier than it seems.

Season the hake on both sides. Chop the vegetables in the Thermomix with two strokes of 5-7-9. Poach the vegetables at V spoon and T100 12 minutes, at the same time cook the slice of hake in the basket and, if it does not fit, in the varoma.
Remove the hake and add the white wine and evaporate at V1 and T varoma 4 minutes. Add the cream and blend for 2 minutes at V10. Put a pinch of salt.
Add soy and peas and a pinch of white pepper. Cook for 2 minutes at V1 at T100 and serve hot on top of the hake
