These days the Google Pixel 6 is on everyone’s lips, but before it we will meet the cheap Pixel, the Google Pixel 5a confirmed by Google. At least that’s what he claims Jon prosser, whose sources place the launch of the Google Pixel 5a on next Thursday, August 26.
The information comes not only with the date, but with some of the possible specifications of the Google Pixel 5a, including its processor, screen, and battery capacity. Nothing new in its design, although OnLeaks created some detailed renders about it a few months ago.
This would be the Google Pixel 5a
The Google Pixel 5a begins to take shape, which makes sense because if we take Frontpagetech sources for certain, its launch would be only 20 days away. Of course, Google confirmed in the past that it would go on sale only in the United States and Japan. For reference, there are also indications that the Google Pixel 6 may not go on sale in Spain.
According to Jon Prosser, the Google Pixel 5a will be officially announced next August 26, Thursday, thus arriving before the Google Pixel 6, whose presentation date in autumn should place them from the end of September.
Of the Google Pixel 5a we have seen the detailed renders of OnLeaks, with a design almost traced to that of the Google Pixel 4a 5G. It will not be the only part reused: Prosser claims it would have the same camera as the Google Pixel 5.
Other possible specifications that have come to light are the 6.4-inch display at up to 90 Hz or the Snapdragon 765G on board, with 6 GB of RAM and a 4,650 mAh battery, but no information yet on the possible fast charging included. Of course, apparently there is no wireless charging in this terminal.
In black, the Google Pixel 5a would have minijack and IP67 certification, with the fingerprint reader on the back and a tentative price of 450 dollars. At the moment, nothing confirmed, although we will leave doubts soon, since the tentative date is just around the corner.
