Envoy Solutions, dedicated to the supply of medical devices, packaging solutions and disposable products, seeks to close the purchase in the third quarter of 2021, since it is subject to closing conditions and authorizations. The amount of the purchase was not disclosed.

According to Femsa, as of June 2021, Daycon’s revenue in the last twelve months was approximately $ 75 million.
