We crushed the Oreo cookies together with the cream cheese. It is very simple if we have a kitchen robot, because the dough is homogeneous, no cookie bits, very creamy. If we do not have it, we can use an arm blender.
We form small balls with the resulting dough and place them on a tray covered with parchment paper. we keep it in the freezer for an hour so that they solidify and it is easier to bathe them later in the white chocolate.
Once very cold, we chop the chocolate, place it in a bowl and melt it. We can do it in the microwave, with short heat strokes, or in a bain-marie. We pass the Oreo balls through the chocolate, helping us with a toothpick, we leave wring out excess and we transfer them to another tray with parchment paper.
The chocolate will solidify quickly, because the balls are very cold. When we have finished dipping all the balls, we can decorate the surface with some threads of milk or dark chocolate, but this is totally optional. Store them in the fridge until ready to eat.
