Then, the ability to communicate with simple words, what is complex, becomes invaluable. It is not enough to know, since each one must develop the skills to structure ideas effectively. Connecting with audiences is not an easy task. Creativity is required, as well as security and charisma. The purpose of communicating will always be to build bridges of empathy in order to connect with those who listen to us.
So, who knows how to communicate, is capable of being noticed. He who knows the secrets of persuasion through words, has everything to become a formidable leader within a company.
For these reasons, every professional has the duty to put into practice public speaking, active listening and debate, since these tools, together with discipline, are transcendental allies in our personal development.
It is encouraging to see that, in recent years, significant efforts have been made to include in school programs, activities and even subjects that aim to work on the oral expression of students. Likewise, the private initiative has been concerned with training its personnel in this matter with courses and workshops.
Finally, it is worth recognizing the commitment from civil society organizations to tenaciously promote the art of effective communication. It is time to raise your voice; it is time to be heard.
