In my experience, every organization when hiring an external source of services, processes and/or creation of goods must have as its main objectives reducing operating costs, increasing the quality of products and services, eliminating risks due to lack of qualified personnel, creating networks. of collaboration, support and diversity, as well as delegating responsibilities in order to achieve several competitive advantages, such as, an increase in business competitiveness, reduction of inefficiencies, production times and incidence of errors, help to take advantage of knowledge and technological resources without the need to make a greater investment, increased security and confidence, as well as the elimination of setbacks and complications in the execution of the processes.
From my point of view, organizations in Mexico that seek to benefit positively by properly using the outsourcing of specialized services as part of their strategy must begin by clearly identifying the main activity for which they were created, as well as their operational reality, since The correct definition of the design, operational and resource strategic approach will depend on this, helping them identify which processes should remain internalized, and which can be externalized.
Let’s face it, any organization in Mexico, regardless of size, industry or sector that seeks to promote the correct pace of growth, flexibility and agility to compete successfully in this new world order, where supply chains are in full redesign and restructuring Within a global, volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous market, they must lose fear and work on the design, as well as the execution of a strategy that includes the use of external sources of services, products and/or goods, defined in our country as specialized services, in order to achieve better results and take advantage of all the advantages and benefits that the relocation of the production of goods and services to the North American region will generate for companies in Mexico.
