Put the water and oil in the glass. We program 30 seconds at a temperature of 37 ºC and Speed 1.
Add the yeast and mix for five seconds, at Speed 4. Add the flour and salt, program five minutes with the cup closed at Spike Speed.
Remove the dough to a lightly floured worktop, form a ball and leave rest in a covered bowl with a cloth until doubled in volume, about half an hour.
After that time, we form four balls and we flatten to have our individual pizzas.
