Landscape autumnal It already colors landscapes, towns and cities, and leaves its mark on our cuisine. We have the full pantry of pumpkins, chestnuts, mushrooms, beets, oranges, sweet potatoes and pomegranates, and we feel like never before spooning, turning on the oven and enjoying dishes to dip a lot of bread.
In the weekly menu for this mid-November we bring a variety of recipes that taste like home cooking and do not involve too much complication, mostly with easy to adapt dishes to the taste or specific needs we have at home. Luckily, we don’t have to stress about Thanksgiving preparations at this time, although it’s not a bad idea to start thinking about Christmas menus now.
