Yesterday we met the new Moto G50 5G and today we learned that the Moto G60s presented a few days ago will finally be marketed in Spain. But the Moto G family is not the only one that is receiving -or will receive- news; the manufacturer’s input range, the Moto E line, will also welcome one more member very soon.
The well-known leaker Evan Blass @evleaks has filtered the images and most of the features of the Motorola’s future budget phone. It will be called Moto E20 and, among other features, it will have a 4,000 mAh battery and a dual rear camera.
Nice on the outside, but very basic on the inside
Although the Moto E6i is still marketed in Spain, the Moto E family of Motorola is now in its seventh generation, where the maximum exponent is the Moto E7 Power. Judging by the leaks, everything indicates that the next jump in successive line It will materialize in the Moto E20, but it does not seem that this jump will be very big in terms of performance.
Evan Blass has published on Twitter some images of that Moto E20 that let us see a screen with a drop-shaped notch and a rear one with a curious honeycomb design. In that later, we find the elongated module of the double camera and the fingerprint reader embedded in the Motorola logo.
USB-C port and speaker on the bottom, card slot on the left edge and three buttons on the right, probably the volume control, the power button and a key that, almost certainly, will provide us access to the Google Assistant. At the top, you can see the headphone jack.
In addition to those images, Evan Blass has shared most of the characteristics of this future Moto E20, among which stand out 6.5 inch HD + screen and a 1.6 GHz octa-core processor (model not specified). It also talks about a configuration with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, pretty basic at this point.
According to this leak, the operating system will be Android 11 and the battery will have a capacity of 4,000 mAh, predictably, without fast charging. The photographic equipment would consist of a 5 megapixel front camera and a double rear camera with 13 megapixel main sensor next to another 2 megapixel sensor.
There are no details about its launch date, the countries in which it will be available and the sale price, but if we take into account its features and what the other models of the Moto E series cost, it is very likely that it will reach the market. around 100 euros.
