The National Institute of the Workers’ Housing Fund grants 2 million 671,180 pesos, according to the worker’s ability to pay, Infonavit explained in a statement.
Expenses of deed and operation of 5% with respect to the amount of the credit; except for workers who earn up to 8,830 pesos per month.
The term to settle this second loan ranges from five to 30 years.
It is important to consider that the term to pay the loan plus the age of the worker should not be greater than 70 years; as well as that the spousal credit option or Unamos Creditos cannot be used.
Requirements
- Be a beneficiary of Infonavit with a current employment relationship.
- Have at least two years of continuous contributions, not necessarily with the same employer.
- Have the necessary points to request this credit scheme. This information can be verified in My Infonavit Account.
- Comply with a minimum of six months after having finished paying the first Infonavit mortgage loan.
- Not have any type of default on the first credit, nor have received any bankruptcy; that is to say, some cancellation of balance by any of our support programs.
- Authorize the consultation to the Credit Information Societies or Credit Bureau.

- Application for credit registration.
- Birth certificate original and copy.
- Official identification (INE/IFE) or valid passport, original and copy.
- Copy of the CURP.
- Copy of the tax ID.
- Bank account statement of the seller with CLABE (Standardized Bank Code) in copy, not older than 2 months.
- Electronic appraisal and technical opinion on the quality of the home to be purchased
- not older than 6 months (if the home belongs to a construction company, it will request an appraisal).
- If the house belongs to an individual, a copy of the property title of the house or apartment to be acquired.
