Throughout his professional career, Santos has worked in different industry categories such as food and beverage, automotive, educational, beauty, pharmaceutical and health. Likewise, he spent nine years at Publicis Brazil, where he held the direction of Strategy for seven years.
In this new role as head of the strategy department in Mexico, the main objectives will be to strengthen the form, processes and methodology of strategic thinking in the agency and will report directly to the company’s CEO, Juan Carlos Tapia.
“I am very excited about this new position. I know that I will have cultural challenges, but I consider that the Mexican market in the world of communication and marketing is very strong, both from a local and regional point of view,” Santos said in a press release.
“I will contribute all my experience with different markets in Latin America and the 360 strategic thinking that I have developed during these years, which I believe goes beyond borders.”
During her tenure, the young woman will seek to strengthen areas such as creation and the new XD, which is led by the agency’s CEO and has the mission of becoming one of Publicis’ greatest differentials in the market.
