we start preparing the red cape, for this we dissolve the strawberry jelly in the boiling water. Add the cold water and stir. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each glass and put them in the fridge for about half an hour.
we continue preparing the pink layer. Put the water in a small saucepan, add the gelatin and let it soak for a few minutes. Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin has completely dissolved, about five minutes.
Remove from heat and add the yogurt. We let the mixture cool down to room temperature and put a spoonful in each mold. Put it back in the fridge for another half hour.
By last, we prepare the white layer. Put the water in a saucepan and add the gelatin, leaving it to rest for a couple of minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin has completely dissolved, about five minutes.
Add the condensed milk, mix and let it cool to room temperature. We put about 2 tablespoons in each glass. Put the cups in the fridge and leave solidify overnight.
