Since 10 am this Saturday, users of the telephone company reported failures in their internet services such as telephony through social networks.
According to the Downdetector platform, customers began to detect flaws in the Telcel network and even at noon they still report failures in the system of Carlos Slim’s company.
At 11:30 in the morning, the Downdetector platform registered up to 1,644 user reports for imperfections in the Telcel network. At 12:30 the reports dropped to 1,252 complaints.
