This is a new food truck baptized as ‘Pollos Muñoz‘whose specialty, indeed, will be chicken.

With establishments specifically specialized in this high-calorie combo, which in the United States is eaten in the breakfast and sometimes adding sweet pancakes to the equation, Muñoz’s launch aims to be more of an alternative to the street food further informal and festive for those who are married to hamburgers and sandwiches.
Dabiz Muñoz’s recipe elevates the American proposal with his well-known personal touch. According to what she has shared on her Instagram account, the creation consists of pieces of chicken marinated in brine, coated with a secret recipe to get a fry extra crispy. Served between two waffles like bread, it is accompanied by cheddar cheese, sauce spicy mayo of yuzu with cherry tomato ketchup, crispy bacon and pickle.
Whoever wants to try it will have to wait for the launch of the food truck ‘Pollos Muñoz’ for the campaign of the Christmas markets, although specific locations or dates have not yet been announced. The brand, yes, already has its own profile on the social network and has almost two thousand followers without having published anything yet.
