To celebrate the anniversary, the chef has announced the return of the first course with which they inaugurated this project, one of the most requested by his followers. It’s about the potato gnocchi with smoked León chorizo bolognese and tangerine-old mustard cream, a very forceful dish that starts with one of the most typical Italian products, beyond pizza and pasta, giving it the inevitable touch of the Madrid chef.
Combining ingredients from various parts of the world and using something as national as chorizo from León, giving it an exotic touch with that fruity citrus touch, GoXO’s gnocchi are once again available on demand at home at a price of 24 euros through Glovo, in Madrid and Barcelona. The same price is on the menu of the restaurant of the aforementioned hotel in the Catalan capital.
According to the company, the shipment contains the gnocchi, the Bolognese sauce and tangerine and mustard cream separately, so that the client can assemble the dish at the moment and enjoy it in all its splendor.
