Introduce the eggs into a wide and deep bowl and beat with electric rods until white. Add the melted butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence, milk and soluble coffee. Beat again until you get a homogeneous mass.
Then add half the sugar together with the flour and chemical yeast, previously sifted, and stir gently with a silicone tongue to incorporate. We use envolvent movementsfrom bottom to top, so that the incorporated air is not lost.
Line a cake pan with parchment paper and pour the batter inside. Sprinkle the surface with the rest of the sugar. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180ÂșC with heat up and down, for 45-50 minutes or until interior is cooked through. We will check it by inserting a skewer, when it comes out clean we remove the mold from the oven and let the cake cool before unmolding and serving.
