Thanks to the popularity of the multiverse, it’s not difficult these days to consider an actor reprising an old role to fulfill all the dreams fans have. We recently saw this with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield on Spider-Man: No Way Homeand in the future we will see him with Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck in Flash. Now, it seems that Christian Bale is not opposed to the idea of re-interpreting Batman on the big screen.
In an interview with Comicbook, Bale, who will appear as Gorr The God Butcher in Thor: Love and Thunder, revealed that he would be willing to wear the Dark Knight’s cloak once more. Nevertheless, Christopher Nolan, who he worked with on The Dark Knight trilogy, needs to be involved. This is what he commented on it:
“For me, that would be a Chris Nolan thing, if he ever decided to do it again and if he chose to cross my path again, then yes, I would consider it because that was always our pact between us, we would stick to it. We said we would only do three. And then I told myself, and I’ll only make it with Chris.”
Nevertheless, Getting Christopher Nolan Back In Batman’s World Could Be More Complicated Than Planned. Not only is the director working on other projects at the moment, but he has never shown any interest in continuing the story of The Dark Knight.
On related topics, Christian Bale has revealed why he has not seen batman. Similarly, the fans have organized an event of batmanforever.
