Stock problems at dealerships due to the global shortage of microchips coupled with economic uncertainty continue to take a toll on business. In addition, and as might be expected, the results obtained in the previous months represent a heavy burden for the accumulated sales figures. Among January and June new car registrations accumulated 684,228 units, 22.7% less than in 2021.

What have been the most outstanding models? The ranking of the best-selling cars in Italy during June it presents interesting novelties if we compare it with previous editions of this monthly list. Now, there are no changes in the model that leads this market with an iron fist. Once again, the victory has been for the FIAT Panda. It remains the first choice among Italian drivers.
In second position is the Dacia Sandero. She is one of the featured models for June as she has returned to the podium, and is doing so with a bang. And closing the podium, in third place, we have the FIAT 500. Approximately a quarter of its registrations correspond to the 100% electric version.
