What is prostate cancer?
According to the American Cancer Society (ACS) in the United States, Prostate cancer begins when cells in the prostate begin to grow out of control. The prostate is a gland that only men have. This gland produces part of the fluid that makes up semen.
According to the ACS, there are several types of prostate cancer, where the most predominant are those known as adenocarcinomas. These cancers develop from glandular cells (the cells that make the prostatic fluid that is added to semen).
What is the prostate cancer awareness campaign made of?
The campaign created for the Ayu Health hospital network in India brings with it 3 visual resources that have been published on the different social networks of the hospitals.
Each of these images bring with them data and titles that attract the attention of people so that they pay due attention to the ads. One of these images is accompanied by the caption, “Do you have the balls? Then do the tests” which works as a message with a double interpretation referring both to the value of going to the doctor to know the state of health and in case of being someone with testicles you should do the corresponding tests.
The 3 visual resources used in this campaign handle this type of situation where they create the play on words, in addition, the copys created for each of the publications are different and give the viewer more information about the reality that men live at the time of Avoid this type of testing.
