It is not a news that Brad Pitt been in love since years ago from the Côte d’Azur. Almost a neighbor of French Provence, the American actor already took his first steps in the world of French fermented and distilled products some time ago.
At that time it was from the hand of Angelina Joliehis already ex-wife, together with whom he bought Château Miraval, a huge farm of more than 600 hectares surrounded by pine forests and where, how could it be otherwise, in the heart of Provence, with its part of vineyard.
They were 30 hectares, which have also been used for put Miraval wine on the map (with various references, including a white and Studio by Miraval, the entry range), one of the most coveted rosé wines in the world although, as we will see, quite accessible.
However, Brad Pitt, in collusion with the Perrin family —which is what really makes the wine— had the thorn in it of a distillate that could represent Provence in a glass.
and has got with gardenera floral and very citric gin, really aromatic, that has been created in three ways between the Perrins, Pitt himself and the Master Distiller Tom Nichol, father of Tanqueray gin -among many others- and who is really the one who has given birth to this new gin.
Again with a similar wicker, Nichol has created this London Dry Gin that boasts of being made with organic ingredients and whose alcohol is based on wheat. From there, Gardener Gin (literally, the gardener’s gin) grows with hints of juniper, licorice, angelica and coriander, as well as local citrus such as pink grapefruit, lemon and different orangesboth sweet and bitter, from the nearby Cap d’Antibes area.
