Currently, Activision Blizzard he is living one of his most complicated moments in his history. With multiple lawsuits, allegations of toxic behavior at work, and an investigation by the United States Government, It was revealed earlier today that Claire Hart, Blizzard Entertainment’s Chief Legal Officer, has stepped down.
According to your profile LinkedInHart stopped working for Blizzard on Friday, September 17. Although a reason for his departure was not mentioned, this probably has to do with the current state of the company. This was what was commented on the matter:
“The last three years have been full of unexpected twists and turns, but I am honored to have worked and met so many great people at Blizzard and in all of the Activision Blizzard businesses.”
Hart worked at Blizzard for more than three years. While she was technically employed by this company, her LinkedIn profile states that she also worked for parent company Activision Blizzard and its APAC and China subsidiary. At the moment it is unknown what his next work step will be, although it has been mentioned that he will take a break for the moment.
On related issues, Bobby Kotick, CEO of Activision Blizzard, and other executives are being investigated by the United States.
