Star Wars Celebration has been quite a success, with big announcements like the next handheld game of Respawn Entertainmentthe third season of The Mandalorian and until confirmation that indiana jones 5 is a reality. However, many are looking forward to the chapters of Andorand now there has been talk about its duration.
The middle comic book spoke with the producer of the series, Tony Gilroyin Star Wars Celebration, and revealed that the show will be shorter than originally planned. Here their comments:
We originally thought ‘oh maybe we’ll do five seasons,’ but that’s just a guess. I think when it comes out, everyone will forgive us for not doing that. The show is huge and it’s physically impossible. So we thought ‘what are we going to do?’ And then the answer turned out to be incredibly elegant and perfect because we knew where we wanted to go. Once in a while you get really lucky and the solution turned out to be really lucky for us.
For its part, diego moon comments about his participation in the series:
All I can say is that you’re going to see where I was five years before Rogue One, and you’re not going to believe it. That is the idea, to see a transformation and an awakening. I can’t tell you how that will play out, you’ll have to wait. But it’s about that, and how much we’re capable of changing and transforming, and that’s the beauty of storytelling. Not many times you start knowing the end, here you know what happens. It’s not about, like, ‘Oh, this happened!’ No, what matters is how it happened. It’s about the little details and what’s between the lines and each layer of the character. Even though we’re on a very epic show, we’re going to have time for intimacy. Let’s delve into the character and the people around him.
Remember that Star Wars: Andor premieres the August 31 in Disney Plus.
