“… I submit to the approval of that Permanent Commission of the Honourable Congress of the Union the appointment of CCs. Diana Álvarez Maury and Carlos Romero Aranda as members of the governing board of the Institute for the Protection of Bank Savings,” said the president in a circle.
The candidates will be interviewed, so their approval must still be passed in order to be fully approved.
Diana Álvarez Maury and Carlos Romero Aranda “meet the requirements set forth in article 78 of the Law for the Protection of Bank Savings, for which the head of the Federal Executive under my charge is convinced that they are the ideal persons to act as members of the governing board” of the IPAB, López Obrador points out in the petition letter.
