From organic farming, it is a yogurt with few calories, about 72 calories per 100 grams, making it very affordable if you are losing weight or want to eat as healthy as possible.
Gutbio whole sheep yogurt
It is a little more caloric than its skim version since in this case, It is made from whole milk, without removing the cream, making it a little less healthy than the previous one.
Although it must be remembered that consuming whole milk is not synonymous with unhealthy, quite the opposite. It always depends on your final energy balance. This organic yogurt in particular, for every 100 grams there are 84 calories.
La Fageda natural yogurt
It is a very suitable yogurt to be healthy, since it is 100% natural, so it does not contain any kind of sugars. But like the previous yogurt, the milk is whole and not skimmed, making it not as healthy as the previous ones.

Oikos natural yogurt
It is a yogurt that contains a lot of cream and pasteurized milk, mainly whole, and is quite caloric, contains 123 calories per house 100 grams. It is not a particularly healthy yogurt, but it can be consumed when you want to eat a higher calorie load.
The good thing about this yogurt is that since it is natural it does not contain added sugars, this makes us have positioned it in fourth place.
Natural sweetened yogurt La Fageda
The natural sweetened yogurt from La Fageda is not a very caloric food, in 100 grams it has 89.7 calories, but the problem comes that it contains 6% sugar, which makes it less healthy than previous yogurts.
Everything is based on removing additives that are not healthy, such as sugar, it is much better to eat a yogurt that does not contain any kind of sugar or at least contains only sweeteners.
Soy yogurt with yellow fruits from Milsani
This yogurt is not particularly caloric, but that it is soy does not mean that it is so healthy and nutritionally it is valid to consume it, but it contains added sugars, in fact in one serving you can eat up to 11.5 grams of sugars.
This is a detail that we must take into account when choosing a yogurt or another, as it will make a difference. It also contains many correctors and preservatives, making it not even so pure yogurt.
Milsani Chocolate Soy Yogurt
We have another type of yogurt very similar to the previous one, but instead of fruits, it is made of milk chocolate, making it a little less healthy even, since it ccontains more calories and more sugars.
Although, it is important to comment that it is a yogurt that can be consumed sporadically without any problem, especially if you are a chocolate lover and want a nutritionally valid version.
The yogurt you should discard

Kefir with blueberries
This yogurt is the last option that you should choose to have at home, since it is very unhealthy, even if it is a kefir yogurt. It has 353 calories per 100 grams, 13 grams of saturated fat and 30 grams of sugars.
It is a nutritionally very invalid yogurt if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, so we recommend not consuming it because of its high amount of saturated fat and sugar.
