“We have been analyzing the simulator and there are problems with the preloading of deductions for individuals with business activity. Right now in the simulator it is not yet mandatory to present the declaration”, so it is expected that the situation will be resolved or the deductions will already appear at the time of presenting the annual declaration, Carlos Figueroa Moncada, president of the Commission of Trustees of the IMCP.
Individuals with business activity resort to deductions for expenses that must be authorized by the tax authorities, such as supplies for their activity, computer equipment, clothing, gasoline, among others.
For this year, the annual declaration of natural persons will be presented from April 3 to May 3.
On Monday, March 20, the SAT released the version for the tax simulator 2022 return .
“It is also perceived that for the subject of the Informative Declaration on the Fiscal Situation of natural persons, a preload for that presentation file is not contemplated; which raises doubts,” said Figueroa.
