Therefore, for there to be a balance between supply and demand, The following seven aspects that companies look for in a collaborator should be taken into account:
Positive attitude: The work environment can sometimes be very stressful and demands a lot from its members to meet certain objectives. Enthusiastic, positive people with a good disposition towards what the company requires are highly valued in the market.
Resilience: This ability has become essential in recent years, and due to the changing context that exists, organizations require that employees, in addition to adapting to adverse situations, have a quick and strategic response to any type of circumstance, that they know how to take advantage of challenges and turn them into an opportunity.
Desire to learn: While it is true that the members of a company were hired in part for their knowledge of a specialized subject, employers highly value a worker’s desire to learn new things and processes.
Live the mission: All companies have a reason for being, some focus the business on generating value for society and others on generating greater wealth. Whatever their goal, companies need members to have an affinity with that mission, otherwise forming a bond will be difficult.
Honesty and integrity: Following the rules, telling the truth, sharing sincere feedback and maintaining the proposed values are elements that demonstrate a person’s honesty and integrity, something that recruiters look for in their candidates to create a good work environment.
