Among the reasons behind why organizations cannot find the right personnel, Flores Barragán lists the lack of specialization, but also not having soft skills such as team collaboration, problem solving, responsibility, self-discipline, resilience and adaptability.
For her, leadership is the most important thing. It is the backbone to achieve synergies between collaborators and managers, which ultimately translates into work well-being and financial profitability. But

Flores Barragán recommended that leaders, or those who want to be leaders, need to be humble and have high emotional intelligence; leaving aside those schemes of past managers, without this meaning that the vision of profitability of a cooperation is left behind.
Generations like Z and, in the near future, the so-called pandemics, put equity and equality in work environments as their main challenge to achieve their personal development.
“One of the main challenges we have today is to return to the values that have been lost in recent years and the youngest people demand this, which is why leaders must stay updated on everything that is emerging,” he explained.
