Shortly after Elon Musk confirmed that he would fight Mark Zuckerberg in Rome, the CEO of Meta said that the fight will not take place. The reason: the boss of X “It’s not serious”.
But for Musk, Zuck doesn’t want to fight because It’s a “chicken”.
The new episode aired over the weekend, with Mark Zuckerberg launching a tirade against the position of Elon Musk.
Elon Musk vs Mark Zuckerberg, the umpteenth verbal duel
Wrote on Threads: “Elon won’t confirm a date, then says he needs surgery and now he asks to do a practice round in my backyard.”
“If Elon is ever serious about an actual date and official event, he knows how to reach me. Otherwise, it’s time to move on.” Zuck continued. “I will focus on competing with people who take the sport seriously.”
According to screenshots shared by Musk, he asked Zuckerberg to train in his Octagon in Palo Alto on Monday.
“I haven’t practiced much, apart from a brief fight with Lex Fridman (the computer scientist). While I think it’s highly unlikely, given our size difference, maybe it’s a modern day Bruce Lee and you win somehow,” the owner of X wrote to Meta.
But by refusing to do so, Elon Musk ultimately called Zuckerberg a “chicken.”
This is how the proposed fight between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg was arrived at
Let’s remember how it all started: last June, Elon Musk mocked the possibility of launching Threads, which was described as as a “healthier Twitter”.
One user said not to, because Mark Zuckerberg practiced jiu jitsu and the South African jokingly challenged him.
The head of Meta accepted the challenge with a post on Instagram and the social media went up. Until today’s sun, the only thing that has been raised are threats, dimes and bickering. Will there be a fight yes or no?
