A netizen told his story when he bought an iPhone 13 at Walmart online and picked up the package in store and found a juice.
The tweeter detailed in another publication that the brand assured him that his money would be returned within 24 to 72 hours.
Complaints against brands on social networks have become the daily bread of consumers, since users see in these spaces a window to spread their complaint to many more people. Such is the case of a consumer from Walmart who told his story of buying an iPhone 13 online and picking up the package in store and finding a juice.
Currently the number of users on social networks has increased and according to data from DataReportal, Facebook topped again in 2021 the ranking of the social networks with the most active users, with approximately 2.7 billion.
Also, according to Statista, in the last year there were about 490 million new social network users, place where this number of people use it to train, recreate, educate themselves or denounce.
Buy an iPhone 13 at Walmart and receive a juice
Through the social network Twitter, one of the most used digital platforms to denounce, an Internet user narrated his story when buying in Walmart online an iPhone 13 and pick up the package in store and find a juice.
The user identified as @guuusx shares with the digital pulse what he described as a “fraud” from Walmart. “@WalmartMexico scammed me by giving me a juice instead of my iPhone 13 pro,” reads his first post.
In a second publication, the tweeter details that he decided to buy an iPhone 13 from through the Walmart online store, even though he wanted to buy it from Amazon, but due to the stories of theft and product changes on this platform, he went for the most “safe” which was the American store Walmart.

In another publication, the tweeter shares that The good thing was that he asked for it to be picked up at the store and not to be delivered to his home.
“I arrived at the store today after work, all excited to pick up my cell phone. It arrived, I give the data, and everything is very beautiful. Until the guy from the pick up takes out the bag where the phone came from (according to). They take out the bag, open it (the good stuff), and what about a juice and a Telcel sim card. At first I didn’t get it and said Mmm how funny, but what about my cell phone? ”, He says in another publication where the juice box and the packaging of the product purchased at Walmart are seen.
In addition, explains that on the Walmart page they sell products from different “suppliers”, but this phone was not the case. Since the cell phone was sold by Walmart according to the specifications on its website.
