Ingredients for 4 people
- 250g raspberries
- a large tangerine
- 250g plain Greek yogurt
- 150 g fresh skimmed cheese
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 ml vanilla essence
- Honey to taste (optional)
- pistachios
How to make these cups
