“We believe that web 3.0 and the metaverse will change the way people interact with each other, making digital connection more immersive and realistic. Among other industries, healthcare will also have opportunities to benefit from this technology, especially telemedicine, where the patient can experience a consultation experience close to real life. the other area that could see a big transformation is medical education, conferences, etc., where participants and trainers can interact through their avatars just as they do in person.”
“At Yashoda Hospitals we intended to develop an ecosystem of medical education and training in the metaverse. And in the future, build virtual clinics and hospitals as the technology develops,” Dr. Gorukanti told Financial Express.com.
The metaverse is a fusion of physical reality, augmented and virtual and it is a public world that can be accessed through the Internet. Also, creates a “virtual world” experience by simulating human emotions and gestures. Interestingly, the metaverse encompasses the entire social and economic structure that exists in both the real and virtual worlds.
