The Sony Xperia company has a new member. We are talking about the youngest of the new Xperia III family that arrives with the Lite tag and lives up to its name since it comes with more modest specifications than its older brother.
The Japanese company Sony continues to advance within the world of smartphones with a new model that comes to complete the Xperia III line which was presented in April and whose top model, the Xperia 1 III, we have already analyzed at Computerhoy.
This new model comes as the company’s bet for the large masses with design elements that place it in the line of its older brothers. For now this Xperia 10 III is not expected to leave Japan.
This mobile mounts an ultra-wide 21: 9 screen like its brothers and shares many specifications with the Xperia 10 III although it loses internal storage or FM support, among others.

The design is clearly reminiscent of the Xperia 10 iii and has a completely clean rear except for the island of the three cameras. The fingerprint reader is still integrated into the power button.
In terms of display it seems that Sony has made a good bet with a OLED panel with 2,520 x 1,080 px resolution and 6 inches in diagonal. As we can see, it is a 21: 9 HDR screen and is protected by Gorilla Glass 6.
On performance terms the Snapdragon 690 5G It is the chosen one and it is a very balanced chip that offers connectivity to next-generation networks with an octacore configuration of up to 2 GHz. It is the same chip that its older brother mounts.
It maintains 6 GB of RAM and the internal storage drops to 64 GB that you can expand using microSD cards.
The cameras section has you covered with a 12 Mpx main sensor, a wide angle and an 8 Mpx telephoto, like the front camera.
Sony has provided the terminal with a 4,500 mAh battery with 30W fast charge so it should have enough autonomy to get through the day with intensive use.
This mobile has already been launched in Japan and can be purchased from August 27 at a price of 365 euros to change in version 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage in one of the following colors black, blue and pink with the edges in the same color and white, with the edges in silver.
As we see it is a mid-range mobile with a Adjusted Price for its characteristics taking into account also its design.
