We must think about the living wage of our suppliers’ workers, care for the environment, quality supplies…
Every year we talk about technological trends and their great benefits, but we talk little or scarcely about Ethics, Values and the Code of Conduct, this is an essential issue that impacts future generations. We must act ethically, so that our collaborators feel committed to our company, we implement quality processes. The Compliance Culture does not imply storing digital or physical documents, rather it is a series of rights and obligations in our company and with our suppliers.
We must promote the circular economy and sustainability as part of our Work Culture. Our commercial practices must be sustainable and our actions must take care not only of our final product, but we must also ensure that the supplies we use are of quality, not exploiting their workers, or employing minors.
It is not enough to withdraw a product that was already purchased and that after that, surprisingly, the company has realized that it is harmful, we must act proactively.
Nelli AcaWhat are the benefits of the Supplier Code of Conduct?
1. Promote Corporate Social Responsibility
If you are a really honest company in your business management, you must ensure that the merchandise or supplies you buy from your suppliers have been processed with 360-degree quality.
2. Promote healthy working relationships with our supplier
We are experiencing transitions in our current times, but let’s not forget that we collaborate with people.
3. Encourage Corporate Values and Culture
We must promote that the business management of our suppliers is free of discrimination, child labor, that there is decent treatment and salary and treatment.
4. Ethical business practices
