A vacancy at Indeed went viral on Twitter, where Internet users expressed their dissatisfaction with the “requirement” that the company asks of its workers.
The arrival of the pandemic caused, among other things, the number of unemployed to increase in various parts of the world.
After the confinement that was experienced globally, the closure of companies and the low influx of consumers in shopping centers and stores, caused a significant increase in the number of people who, unfortunately, lost their jobs.
According to estimates from the International Labor Organization (ILO)which were released in September 2020 and cited by Statista, a total of 1,000 million full-time jobs were lost globally, with the American continent being one of the regions that suffered the most from the economic crisis resulting from the SARS pandemic -CoV-2.
In this sense, as mentioned by the ILO, during 2020 around 191 million jobs of 48 hours per week were lost, of which 149 million (78 percent) would have been lost in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Based on these data, it is clear that one of the main challenges of the pandemic will be to recover job stability, especially for those who are gradually entering the sector.
Today, one of the main resources to capture the vacancies offered by various companies are websites such as OCC, Indeed, etc., which have had a significant acceptance among companies and applicants.
Yesterday, through the Twitter account @VacantesTerrora vacancy that, supposedly, is being offered by the Koblenz company in which one of its “requirements” is that the person who applies is “the son of professional parents” went viral.
Hears, @KoblenzMexico, are you aware that what you ask for is bullshit? In addition to a discriminatory bullshit? @PROFEDET @STPS_mx @CONAPRED pic.twitter.com/LEDMr9jS1L

So far, the tweet has added more than five thousand likes and a significant number of comments that, apparently, Internet users did not like anything, who decided to launch all kinds of criticism towards the company.
“The job boards are horrible, pin… cul world…”; “They are messing with their requirements”; “Just for that I’m not going to buy anything from your pin… brand”; “They ask a lot for so little salary”; “What little m4dre really”; are some of the comments that can be read in the responses to said tweet.
On the other hand, some users claim that the Federal Labor Law is being violated, while others went further in their criticism, stating that it is a complaint from “the crystal generation”.
It should be noted that the requirement is not mandatory, but, in fact, in the vacancy it can be read “preferably”.
