the crossing of Fortnite with Uncharted is something that has been rumored a lot in recent years, starting with Kratos jumping into the game a few seasons ago, and picking up steam again as the film’s release neared and map-related elements were found within the maps. game files.
In the style of a treasure hunt, the collaboration with Uncharted has not been announced by Epic Games yet, but it has been discovered through a note sent to influencers. The note asked content creators to solve a puzzle to find a password that would reveal the skins that would come with the collaboration. As you can probably guess, the password was “Sic Parvis Magna”.
Upon entering the password, the content creators received the skins, which include Nathan Drake and Chloe Frazer, both versions of the upcoming film, as well as those of Uncharted 4. Pricing hasn’t been revealed yet, but we’ve been able to see some of the items in action and data has revealed the exact contents of the package.
Inside the pack is the Nathan Drake and Chloe Frazer skin, which comes in the styles of the in-game versions of the characters. The included snap is “Chloe’s Package”, which is presumably a backpack. The second-hand saber pickaxe appears to be a reference to Uncharted 4, when Nathan Drake could wield Avery’s sword, while Parashurama’s ax is a reference to a scene from Uncharted 4.
The pack also includes a new glider, “Sully’s ‘new’ seaplane,” which is a reference to his crashed plane in the first Uncharted, and can be seen briefly in the collaboration trailer. A “journal update” emote will also be included. Interestingly, researchers have discovered that Nathan Drake will introduce a modified version of the treasure map into the game. The treasure map was an item that allowed players to find valuable loot if they followed a certain path.
