Musk registered a series of companies with different variations of the X Holdings name in April last year in the state of Delaware as part of his public offer to acquire Twitter.
However, X Corp. was incorporated on March 9 in Nevada and the merger was presented on the 15th of that same month, always according to the aforementioned publication.
