Clint Eastwood is not past his 91 years. Although many expected that the actor was already resting, there is no doubt that the interpreter still has much more to give. In this way, he decided to direct and star in the film Cry Macho, which recently released its official trailer.
Cry Macho is based on the eponymous book by N. Richard Nash. This new film by Clint Eastwood takes us back to the 1970s, where we will meet a forgotten rodeo star who, on a commission, will end up changing his life by developing a special bond with a teenager. New movie on the way
After so much waiting and expectations, Warner Bros released the first preview of Cry Macho. In this film, Clint Eastwood will play Mike Milo, a horse breeder and former rodeo star cowboy, who accepts a job to go find Rafo, the son of his former boss who is in Mexico. Along the way, Mike will start to get to know the young man, and they will end up forming a special bond.
In addition to 91-year-old Clint Eastwood, Cry Macho will star Eduardo Minett, who will debut with the character Rafo. We will also meet Natalia Traven as Marta and Dwight Yoakam as Howard Polk, Mike Milo’s former employer. Regarding the script of the film, the actor decided to turn to an old acquaintance, Nick schenk. Previously this duo worked in “Gran Torino” and “La Mula”.
With that said, Clint Eastwood will return to the big screen in every theater with Cry Macho, which opens on September 17. A month later, the film will hit HBO Max.
