Try to move regularly
Not going to the gym does not mean that we should not exercise or move regularly. The truth is that we tend to have very sedentary behaviors, which incite us to have a poor quality of life.
Therefore, it is important that we move every day, being to use the stairs instead of the elevator, go for a walk for a while, do some activity that requires physical effort or go for a walk with a pet.
Exercising outside is a good alternative
Have you ever contemplated doing some kind of sport abroad? There are endless ways to do some physical activity outside the gym or home, an example could be calisthenics or athletics.
Look for what really motivates you and that you like, try to establish a routine so that each day is less cumbersome and enjoy it, why doing physical exercise outside is really satisfying.
Food is key
Not going to the gym to do our training should not alter our diet, in fact it should be according to the physical activity we do, that is, the less activity, the fewer calories ingested.
Do not forget to have a varied and healthy diet, because by not doing any type of physical activity, if you maintain an excessive or unhealthy diet, you can gain weight by losing the muscle tone that you had previously.
