In mid-2021, the Chinese social network reached a billion monthly users and, in addition, it was consolidated as the favorite of young people and brands in terms of their marketing strategies. marketing digital.

Somehow, it seems that the world is starting to prepare for the next reign of TikTok, since the new generations have a greater preference for the short video social network.
And it is that, to tell the truth, its growth continues without stopping, as revealed by the projections of the Statista Advertising & Media Outlookwhich traces the rise of the Chinese platform from its creation until 2022 and, incidentally, presents the projections for 2025.
According to what said study exposes, currently the number of users on social networks is estimated at 4.6 billion and, by 2027, it is expected to be 7 billion.
One of the data that draws attention is, precisely, the fact that TikTok will continue to grow, it is estimated that, by 2024, it will reach two billion users globally, surpassing Instagram even more.
