The first World Cup to be held in winter can be seen on Spanish Television from November 21 to December 18, 2022, but will not be released in fullbut TVE will only offer a series of matches, although there is no need to worry about those of the Spanish National Team, since those were already confirmed beforehand by the General Interest Lawalong with the semi-finals and final.
TVE programming for the 2022 World Cup
For the first time since the 1998 World Cup in France, the most important tournament at the level of national teams can be seen openly after having gone through audiovisual groups such as Atresmedia or Mediaset.
RTVE has confirmed that the offer available to football fans will be all the matches of Spain throughout the tournament in addition to the final, the two semi-finals, two quarter-finals, four round of 16 and one match from each group in the first phase.
The rest of the matches can be seen on the 24-hour football channel produced by Mediapro and made available to all payment operators.
Programming will also include a special program with the best of the day in which summaries will be broadcast with the most outstanding plays and the goals of each match. As usual, there will be a special monitoring of the evolution of the Spanish team and there will be protagonists of the great event.
The National Team, already qualified for Qatar 2022, will play this March two friendly preparation matches which will also be broadcast by La 1: on Saturday the 26th against Albania at 7:45 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time) from the RCDE Stadium in Barcelona, and on Monday the 29th against Iceland at 8:45 p.m. from the Riazor stadium, in A Coruna.
The Champions League final will be broadcast
In the last week there have been moments of uncertainty in FIFA and UEFA due to the armed conflict in Ukraine after the military invasion of Russia. The world and continental soccer organizations decided that the Champions League final, which was originally scheduled to be held on May 28 at the Krestovski Stadium in Saint Petersburg, Russia, will finally move to the French capital, where we will meet the champion.
The #UCLfinal 2021/22 will move from Saint Petersburg to the Stade de France in Saint-Denis.
The match will be played, as originally planned, on Saturday 28 May at 21:00CET.https://t.co/I2WbWIEIvt

The match will be played at the time initially planned, on Saturday May 28 at 9:00 p.m. (CET time), but it will do so from Stade de France in Saint-Denis, north of the capital of the French country, Paris, a stadium built and inaugurated precisely for the 1998 World Cup in France that we mentioned earlier.
These changes will not affect the broadcast, since TVE, after reaching an agreement with Movistar, holders of the rights to the Champions League, will broadcast this continental final from Paris as it would have done from Saint Petersburg.
