The work of health professionals is fundamental and in no way can their services be dispensed with. But one of the inconsistencies that occurs in some countries is that they are not paid fairly for all the work they do. For the same reason, one of the biggest discussions in Mexico is about the salary of doctors.
All the years of study that are needed
In the first instance, it is the longest professional career that exists. Six to seven years are required just for basic training. During that period, the theory must be learned at the university, in addition to rotating through the different areas of a hospital and fulfilling social service.
While specialists must first approve the National Examination of Applicants for Medical Residencies (ENARM) to extend their training. It is a path that seems to have no end but every year thousands of young people start it with the hope of being able to dedicate themselves to what they like the most.
In this tenor, the vocation of service is important and can never be lacking. But the economic part cannot be ignored. In the end, they are all people and need money for their basic needs and to be able to live on what they studied with great enthusiasm.
Now the doctors salary in our country it is below what doctors receive in other nations of the region. And when compared to first world nations the difference is even greater.

But it also published the results by state and other differences are observed there. While in some the salary of doctors barely exceeds 14 thousand pesos, in others it exceeds 24 thousand pesos per month.
