A few days ago Samsung made a launch that brought together a multitude of people in Madrid. But it was not related to the arrival of a new mobile device but rather a case for its latest foldable: the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5. But it is not just any case, it is an accessory with details in 18 carat gold, made in collaboration with the ScrapWorld brand, created by the streamer ByCalitos.
Choosing ScrapWorld makes more sense than it might seem. In the words of Javier Portillo, Head of Marketing of the Mobility Division at Samsung: “It’s only been two months since we introduced the new Galaxy Z Flip 5 and today we’re launching this limited edition in gold along with a case and a charm that we have designed together with the ScrapWorld team and that we believe is a true collector’s piece”.
To develop the case, Samsung and ScrapWorld have had the Caliper studio. This constructed of aluminum, decorated with raised stars produced from 18-karat gold sheets. Its design is also accompanied by an 18-carat gold charm with two diamonds and an emerald that simulate the cameras and flash of the device, with ScrapWorld’s characteristic “S” engraved on the outside and the three stars of the collaboration logo recorded on the interior screen.
These days it is two months since the arrival of Samsung’s new folding phones, on the one hand the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5, clamshell type, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5.
How to get it
First of all, and as you may have imagined, the value of the case is high. Specifically: 8,000 euros. But to get it you will not have to pay that amount. In fact, only one model has been manufactured and to get this exclusive case you will need to enter a raffle with a cost of one euro.
Participation will be active until next October 18 and the winners will be communicated through the official Instagram account of Samsung Spain and ScrapWorld.
