A new free update will arrive in November that will bring a cooperative mode of Gotham Knights for 4 players which will be called Heroic Assault. In this open world superhero title, Robin, Batgirl, Nightwing and Red Hood will be in charge of protecting Gotham City after the death of Batman. The open world game mode Gotham Knights will allow two players to team up to patrol the city streets, but Heroic Assault will allow an even larger group.
Gotham Knights allows players to choose between four different superheroes, each with their own fighting styles and upgrade trees. Nightwing, for example, focuses on fast, acrobatic close-range combat. Players can choose to control any of the four heroes at any time. With the cooperative mode of Gotham Knights for 4 players the rules will change. Secondly, we already know how much Gotham Knights will weigh.
Gotham Knights cooperative mode for 4 players
The co-op mode coming at launch allows two players to team up on open world patrols and story missions, though having two of the same characters in Gotham Knights can make the game feel a bit awkward. A post from the game’s official Twitter account Has announced that the cooperative mode of Gotham Knights will be added on November 29 for 4 players.
Gotham Knights will not have graphics modes on Xbox Series X|S
As a completely separate mode from the main campaign, Heroic Assault will allow up to four players to meet up and complete specific objectives in an arena-like environment. The new Gotham Knights mode will presumably function as a gauntlet, with parties progressing through each of the mode’s 30 floors until they reach the end or until all heroes are defeated. The update will be completely free.
