A viral video on TikTok sparked criticism from the digital pulse for the misbehavior of a consumer.

  • In the recording you can hear how a lady insults one of the security guards in the parking lot of the square.

  • The content that goes viral on social networks often creates awareness in people.

Social networks have become an exhibition window for people, either in a good way or also because of bad practices that they carry out and affect others or especially a well-known brand. This is the case of a video that went viral on the digital platform TikTok, where a consumer tried to violate the parking lot of Plaza Satélite after a failure that occurred in the machines that did not allow customers to leave.

With the arrival of digital platforms, a word arrived that many people still do not know, such as viral content, which is defined as that which is disseminated massively on the Internet, either through social networks, email, messaging. snapshot etc.

Many experts claim that most virals depend on the digital pulse to facilitate the distribution of messages and not the control of an agency or brand, that is why many of the things that may arise as a result of that action are the responsibility of Internet users.

They defend Plaza Satélite from a violent consumer

A video that has gone viral on the TikTok social network shows how people defended Plaza Satélite, after a violent consumer who tried to attack the parking lot of the shopping center after the machines that allow the exit failed.

The recording that was shared by the user on the short video social network identified as @cris_felix, shows the moment in which a lady is screaming and tries to break the barrier at the exit of the parking lot of said square.

Also in the recording you can hear how the woman says that if the parking attendants do not come, “kicks it open”.

“You can’t stop us, you have no right to stop us, open this quickly”the lady is heard saying in the video.

In the video you can see when some employees from the plaza arrive and try to calm down and explain to the woman that the machine was damaged but that they are already fixing it, but the woman does not want to understand and continues violently and yelling.

The publication caused the outrage of the digital pulse where many defended the employees and guards of the square who tried to calm down and explain to the lady what was happening and that they were going to solve the fault, but they were insulted by the consumer.

“Surveillance people are the ones who are most violated. What do I know, put it like this with the administrator of the plaza, ”says one of the comments.

“The man only follows orders, they should not yell at him but at the superior who gives the orders,” says another Internet user.

“He yells at a worker who doesn’t have the authority to do anything, he just follows his regulations, to go to management and yell at them,” says another comment.

Many times, viral content shows brands that they are so present to their consumers, that on some occasions they denounce them for providing them with poor service, but these same clients are also capable of defending them in arbitrary situations such as the one in this case.

Like this example, there is also that of a consumer complaint before the cashiers of Walmart, that he did not expect that the digital pulse was going to defend the bad treatment that they receive before people and many times by their company.

When I worked at Walmart as a cashier, a girl one day told me to hurry up because she didn’t have my time, I told her I’m doing my job well, and she told me “don’t answer me, stupid, you would have studied not to finish as a cashier.” And I answered her strongly, and she went to report me
