Like every week, we witness the best campaigns of the week in terms of advertising that, with creativity and joint work between the agency and the brand, manage to demonstrate their added value for the consumer.

Today, at the very beginning of 2023, a year of great revivals, one of the greatest challenges of advertising is the reinvention and, for this, the big agencies must be at the forefront and, above all, be on the lookout for what sets the trends.

In this context, every week we see how advertising continues to reflect what is happening in society itself, where creativity is one of the pillars in the ads that we see through social networks and in traditional media.

Only in 2020, data from Zenith Media speak of that, by 2024, global advertising spending is expected to evolve, which will rise to 865.12 billion dollars.

Whether through mobile internet, outdoor advertising, cinema, radio, television, magazines and newspapers, the truth is that agencies continue to seek to reach audiences through creative ideas that correspond to the needs and/or demands of the consumers themselves.

These were the best campaigns of marketing and ads of the week

Brand: Jeep

Campaign: “My Jeep Story”

Agency: Digital

“Jeep is the American dream. So what happened to him when he entered India in 2016? Hear the stories of remarkable Indians who wrote their history with a jeep.”

Brand: Nivea

Campaign: “#EndWinterOdour”

Agency: Digital

“The problem of body odor is often associated with the hot and sweaty summer months. So when winter rolls around, deodorants are gone. That’s not the smart thing to do given how often people skip showers and throw on heavy woolen layers to combat the cold. Enter, #EndWinterOdour, a NIVEA slogan to remind people to keep deodorizing because even in the coldest months, there’s sweat under your sweater.”

Brand: UNESCO

Campaign: “Tell to Live”

Agency: Cappuccino

“Holocaust survivors have lived to tell their stories; however, with each passing day, we lose some of these voices back in time.

Unfortunately, hate persists from generation to generation. Therefore, it is essential to keep history alive and understand the roots of intolerance, which generates new crimes these days.

In this new campaign from UNESCO, CONIB and the Holocaust Museum, Holocaust survivors lend their voices to empathy. More than a gesture, it is an invitation to all: value and share these stories of yesterday and today. This campaign was launched on January 27 to celebrate the 2023 edition of the International Holocaust Remembrance Day.”

Brand: Uber

Campaign: “#RentalHealthDay”

Agency: Webchutney

“A mockumentary starring Bollywood superstar Anil Kapoor, revealing that skipping stressful activities is the secret behind his reverse aging. The film launched Uber’s new service in India, Uber Rentals, un service that is not only great for avoiding traffic, but also a great way to live stress free. Be like Anil Kapoor and skip the trip, take a #RentalHealthDay.”
