According to the United Nations (UN) March 20 is considered the International Day of Happiness. On the occasion of this celebration, the World Happiness Foundation (10 million people in the global community) every year organizes the week of happiness: The World Happiness Fest.
It is the world’s largest, most diverse, polycentric and comprehensive forum of experts in happiness and well-being. In it, opinion leaders and change agents share virtual and face-to-face conferences with the aim of making the future of happiness a reality.
This year the day is celebrated from March 17 to 26, in Zaragoza, Spain and Miami, Florida. In addition, 40 countries will be simultaneously doing activities, 80 agoras in the five continents.
With more than 2,000 attendees in person and 500,000 online, there will be activities, workshops and conferences on education, mental health, public policies, happiness at work, social impact, new technologies, personal development, sustainability, music, food and sports and much more; all this in four languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese and German.
Empresas Más Felices, the movement in Mexico and Latin America that measures and certifies happiness and well-being in companies, together with its founder, Nancy Martínez, will be the organizers of the fifth day of the event (March 21). The objective is to promote the culture of happiness at work with interviews with various Human Resources directors of large companies who will share their best practices.
These interviews will be in person and will be broadcast remotely so that anyone in the world can enjoy them.
Themes to celebrate happiness
Embracing the physical, spiritual, financial, mental and emotional spheres, the following companies will be invited as guests: TotalPass, the largest gym network in Mexico; Minu, the leading compensation and benefits platform; CENCADE, the best platform to build an e-learning ecosystem in your company; and LIVE 13.5, the first Organizational Happiness consultancy in Mexico and Latin America.
The interviews with these great decision makers will be very enriching for the business world, since they will inspire many organizations to care and take care of their most valuable asset: their collaborators, and without a doubt to generate healthy, productive, positive, resilient work environments. and happy.
The day of each interview will last approximately 30 minutes each and will be broadcast on the social networks of the World Happiness Fest, of Empresas Más Felices, and of each company participating in this dynamic.
