The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra was presented quite a long time ago, but just as things in the palace go slowly, so do the laboratory tests of some smartphones. The well-known DxOMark laboratory has just published its opinion about the selfie camera of Xiaomi’s flagship mobile and it has been: disappointing.
A selfie camera below its competitors
In the analysis published on its website, the front camera scores 94 points, which places the Mi 11 Ultra in the 26th place in the general category and in 20 if we only talk about flagships, surpassed even by the Samsung S10 +, a mobile phone from more than two years ago.
Color and focus are your greatest assets, but the bokeh effect, which is done through software, or the noise it collects, causes the average to drop significantly. The texture that he captures in the photographs is not up to par for the laboratory either.
If we look at the ranking, the Huawei P50 is the mobile with the best selfie of the moment. Keep in mind that despite the fact that DxOMark is a laboratory that focuses on doing his tests, but that is also usually quite controversial.
For owners of the Mi 11 Ultra, this should not be a concern, since one of the advantages of this smartphone is that it has a screen on the back with which it is possible to take selfies with the front sensors.
